项目内容 Project Content | 本工程主要内容包括： 1）竞赛村内龙跃路、顾高公路交界口增设新村标；龙曹路、华东路交界口增设新村标。 2）竞赛村内7队原有道板砖停车场约600平方米，对有原有停车位改造提升扩建、增设停车数量。 3）竞赛村内4、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13队宅间道路更新面积约15000平方米，宅间道路两侧院墙美化约400平方米。 4）竞赛村内4、6、7、8、9、10队公共区域雨污水改造及前期镇里通过CCTV检测发现的竞赛村内缺陷点位修复。 5）竞赛村综合文化活动中心屋面修缮约500平方米、墙面美化和内装修缮450平方米；村民学校内装修缮约160平方米。 6）竞赛村垃圾收运站墙面以及地面提升。 7）顾高公路两侧绿化提升面积约2200平方米、绿化两侧栏杆提升、花池提升长度约400米。 8）竞赛村内白羊沟、西小沟、座宅沟、淘米沟、后大沟、奚家沟、龙潭沟、八仙沟两侧绿化整治提升长度约2000米。 9）竞赛村内6、7队一座桥梁12、13队九座桥梁共计十座桥进行品质提升。 10）竞赛村内4、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13队宅前屋后小三园提升共计面积约8000平方米。 本项目总投资1400万元，其中：建安费1200万元。为确保项目顺利实施，拟开展勘察（勘察、测量、物探）服务。采购方式为“择优选取”。 2、勘察费计费标准：总勘测费（勘察、测量、物探）控制价：21.28万元（其中勘察10万元、测量9.82万元、物探1.46万元），最终以工程审计核定工程量，按实结算。 | |||
